Terms and conditions: visit Artemis Aerospace at MRO Europe for a chance to win a prize worth up to £5,000

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Artemis Aerospace Ltd, whose registered office is at Spithandle Barn, Spithandle Lane, Wiston, West Sussex, BN44 3DY, UK.

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to attendees of MRO Europe 2025 who are aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Artemis Aerospace Ltd, PMW Communications Ltd, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. How to enter

  • The competition will run during MRO Europe 2025 (the “Event”) at the Artemis Aerospace stand, which runs from Wednesday 15th October to Thursday 16th October 2025 inclusive.
  • To enter, participants must:
    a) Visit the Artemis stand during the Event;
    b) Take part in the interactive guessing game by examining three hidden objects and choosing the answers they believe match the hidden items;
    c) Scan the provided QR code and submit their contact details (name and email address at minimum).
  • Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.
  • Participants will need to provide up-to-date and current contact details in order to take part. Participants whose contact details are not provided or up to date will not be eligible to win the prize.
  • To be eligible to win, participants need to guess each of the hidden items and which experience they relate to from a set of multiple choice answers provided by the promoter. Only correct answers will be entered into the final prize draw.

4. Competition period

  • The competition opens at the start of the Event and closes at the end of the Event’s final day – Wednesday 15th October to Thursday 16th October 2025 from 0900 to 1700.
  • Entries received after this time will not be included.

5. The prize

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The winner will have the opportunity to choose one of the following luxury experiences (subject to availability and up to a maximum combined value of £5,000):
  • Wimbledon 2026 Experience: Fully catered hospitality and Centre Court tickets for two during the first week of the tournament.
  • British Pullman Experience: A fine dining day trip for two on the British Pullman, including a celebrity chef experience.
  • Royal Ascot 2026 Experience: Hospitality for two in the Queen Anne Enclosure.
  • All prizes are subject to availability.
  • No cash or alternative prizes will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner selection and notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries by PMW Communications Ltd within 14 days after the Event concludes.
  • The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided upon entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 10 working days, Artemis reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant.
  • Once confirmed, PMW Communications Ltd will liaise with the winner to arrange booking and fulfilment of the chosen prize.

7. Publicity

  • By entering the competition, entrants agree to allow Artemis Aerospace to use their name and general location (e.g., city/town) for promotional purposes should they win.
  • The winner may be asked to participate in publicity or promotional activity, subject to their consent.

8. Data protection

  • Contact details collected as part of this competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting participants and may also be used for marketing communications from Artemis Aerospace, in accordance with our privacy policy. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Data will be handled in accordance with Artemis Aerospace’s privacy policy (available at https://artemis-aerospace.pmwdev.co.uk/privacy-policy/)
  • Contact details will not be shared with third parties outside of Artemis Aerospace and PMW Communications Ltd, except where necessary to administer the prize.

9. General

  • Artemis Aerospace reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside its control.
  • In the event of any dispute regarding the competition, the decision of Artemis Aerospace shall be final and binding.
  • The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
