Artemis Aerospace achieves a King’s Award for Enterprise

By: Jim Scott

We are thrilled to announce that Artemis Aerospace has been honoured with a King’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade.

What is the King’s Award for Enterprise?

Previously known as The Queen’s Award for Enterprise, The King’s Awards are the most prestigious business awards available in the UK and globally recognised. Only a select number of companies are chosen each year and Artemis is just one of 197 companies in 2025 to have received the honour. Successful businesses must meet a set of stringent criteria to make the final shortlist as recommended by the Prime Minister and approved by His Majesty The King.

What this means for Artemis Aerospace

We are thrilled to be recognised by His Majesty for our international trade operations – a defining moment in the history of Artemis Aerospace.

Our co-founder and Managing Director, Jim Scott, said:

Having started the business with Deborah [Scott, Finance Director of Artemis Aerospace] more than 25 years ago from our spare bedroom, we have worked tirelessly to shape the business into the global success it is today.

“This prestigious award recognises everything we and our much-valued staff have done to create a business that competes on the world stage at every level. We are incredibly proud to have been recognised and rewarded by the King’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade and look forward to continuing to provide and expand on the high-quality expertise and components solutions we deliver to the aviation industry. Thanks to our staff for their commitment and dedication, and to our loyal customers, all of whom have played a part in shaping Artemis into the successful business it is today. We look forward to the future with excitement and enthusiasm.”

What’s next for Artemis Aerospace?

Artemis Aerospace will now be permitted to display The King’s Award for Enterprise emblem for the next five years. Spurred on by this latest accomplishment, we will be continuing with our plans to grow the business significantly over the coming months and years while proudly displaying The King’s Award emblem – a marker of quality and trust.
